How to use Craftex Sabrina carpet cleaner:
Before you begin
Vacuum: Thoroughly vacuum the carpet to remove loose dirt and dust before starting.
Test: Test the cleaning solution and machine on a small, inconspicuous area of the carpet first.
Fill the tank: Fill the solution tank with warm water (not boiling) and add the manufacturer's recommended amount of carpet cleaning detergent.
Assemble: Ensure the machine is properly assembled, with the solution and vacuum hoses connected to the wand.
Cleaning instructions
Turn on: Switch on both the pump for the solution (injection) and the vacuum motor.
Start at the back: Begin cleaning from the farthest corner of the room and work your way backward.
Spray and scrub: Pull the wand back toward you while pressing the trigger to spray the cleaning solution onto the carpet. You can gently scrub the area to help lift stains.
Extract dirty water: Release the trigger and pull the wand over the same area again to suction up the dirty water.
Work in sections: Continue this process, overlapping each stroke by about 50 mm, until the entire carpet is cleaned.
Final pass: To ensure the carpet is as dry as possible, go over the cleaned area one last time with the trigger released to extract any remaining moisture.
Empty: After you are finished, empty the dirty water from the waste tank and the clean water from the solution tank.
Important tips
Do not use as a vacuum cleaner: The machine cannot be used as a standard vacuum cleaner unless you have a specific dust-collection accessory.
Ventilate: Keep the area well-ventilated by using the heating or opening windows to help the carpet dry more quickly.
Wool warning: Always use cold water only when cleaning wool carpets to prevent damage.
